There are several options for mooring and anchoring in the bay of Paleia Epidaurus, including the local marina of Epidaurus Harbor, which offers a range of services and facilities for boaters.  Numerous tavernas, cafes, and bars surround the marina, providing a range of options for visitors to relax and enjoy a meal or a drink while taking in the stunning views of the bay.

The winds during the summer are generally light to moderate, making it a great spot for sailing and boating. This town's waters are a popular spot for fishing, and visitors can often see local fishermen casting lines from the shore or from small boats. The town also has a picturesque beach called Gialasi, surrounded by stunning scenery, with rugged hills, and cliffs rising up from the shore with an extension of just 1 kilometer. Visitors can also visit Vagionia Beach, which is relatively small and offers visitors a peaceful and relaxing experience away from the crowds of more popular tourist destinations.
