The Hvar Island Blue Cruise provides a spectacular adventure, full of interesting Croatian Islands, lush landscapes, natural beaches and unique caves. 

Croatian Beauty, Natural Treasures and Wonderful National Parks

On the first day of the tour, we will travel from Hvar Island to Korcula Island. While exploring Hvar Island, we will visit Hvar Island’s Stari Grad, which is the oldest town in Croatia. The town's stunning landscape is picturesque and postcard-worthy. With a thousand-year-long history, there are many significant sights to see, such as quaint narrow streets, a Dominican monastery, small squares, museums, churches, ancient stone houses, and the castle of Tvrdalj. We will now visit the Biokovo Mountain Range and Nature Park, which is the largest and highest mountain range on the Dalmatian coast and the second largest in Croatia. The 10-kilometer-wide, unique mountain is located very close to the sea and offers spectacular views from its numerous peaks. Moving on, the tour will guide us to the Peljesac Peninsula, the second-largest peninsula in Croatia, known for its vineyards, farmed oysters, and saltworks. There are many wonderful towns to explore, such as Peljesac Peninsula’s Orebic, Mali Ston, Ston, Zuljana, and Loviste, each with their own unique charm. The final destination for today's adventure is Makarska, famous for its gorgeous coastal landscape, spectacular beaches, and hidden bays. Tour members can walk through the Old Town of Makarska to discover many Dalmatian stone houses, landmarks, restaurants, traditional taverns, and bars. The main attractions here are the famous Church of St. Mark and Kalelarga Street, where many market stalls can be found selling local delicacies.

Biokovo Mountain Range & Biokovo Nature Park

&nbsp;Today we will sail from Korcula Island to Mljet Island. Mljet Island is one of Croatia's greenest areas, and here tour members can enjoy clear sea waters, a gentle sandy shoreline, and rich underwater life. While exploring the island, participants can find many sights, such as Mljet National Park. Declared a national park in the 1960s, this destination is a very popular location for travelers due to the two saltwater lakes of Veliko Jezero and Malo Jezero, also known as the big and small lakes. The lakes were formed more than 10,000 years ago and are linked together by a small channel and to the sea by a larger channel. Both of these lakes have their own ecosystem, complete with a special species of jellyfish that is completely harmless to humans. At the big lake of Veliko Jezero, beautiful coral reefs can be found under the water, and in the center lies St. Mary Island, where a 12th-century Benedictine monastery can be seen. Both of these lakes are warmer than the sea, making them a wonderful place to swim and snorkel.

Our journey will now guide us from Mljet Island to Lastovo Island. Lastovo Island is &nbsp;tranquil, peaceful and hasn't been touched by mass tourism. Lastovo and its surrounding islands make up one of the eleven nature parks in Croatia. Lastovo Nature Park is the second-most forested area in Croatia, full of thriving vegetation and nature, and is most definitely a spectacular site to see. There are only a handful of amenities on the island, which include a few restaurants producing local delicacies and a tourist office that can help guide tour members to one of the many walking and hiking trails. We will now explore the island's coastline and do some bay-hopping. Our first stop will be Lastovo Island’s Skrivena Luka. Referred to by locals as the hidden harbor, or Portorus, this small village and marina cannot be seen from the open sea. At the entrance to the bay, the Struga lighthouse can be found. Built in 1839, it is situated at the edge of a steep cliff, offering wonderful views of the open sea. The main beach is known as Portorosso, named after the restaurant that is located here. The beach is pebbled with shallow waters that are perfect for a refreshing swim. Moving on, we will now visit Lastovo Island’s Zaklopatica. This village and bay showcases picturesque scenery, restaurants, and cafes and is an ideal stopping point when exploring the Dalmatian islands. The final location that we will visit today is Saplun Island. This uninhabited island stands out due to its forestry, spectacular scenery, and pearly white sand. The tranquil and protected paradise is home to Saplun Beach, which is one of the most attractive beaches on the island. It is the perfect place to enjoy swimming, snorkeling, and relaxing after a long day of exploring.

Today's journey will lead us from Lastovo Island to Vis Island. Within Vis Island, tour members can find many mysterious bays, underwater caves, an archaeological museum, a fishermen's museum, and shipwrecks. The island is a gastronomic hotspot, where many fresh fish restaurants can be found serving local delicacies. Moving on, we will now visit the spectacular Bisevo Island, which is located five nautical miles southwest of Vis Island. Since the independence of Croatia, it has slowly started to welcome local and foreign tourism, showcasing its traditional values and cultural heritage. Although the island's surface area is only 6 square kilometers, the nature that has flourished in this location is rich, full of mysterious caves and sandy beaches. There are 26 known caves carved into the limestone by the sea's waves, with the most popular being the Blue Cave. Bisevo Blue Cave, also known as the Blue Grotto, is located on the eastern side of the island and is one of the most outstanding attractions in the Adriatic. The waterlogged, sea-sculpted cave is filled with theatrical colors and shapes. The reflection of the sunlight brightens the cave, giving it an aquamarine and silver color. Around midday, the sunlight shines through the cave’s opening, producing a fluorescent, shimmery blue light effect for which it has become famous.

Today's journey will take us from Vis Island to Solta Island. First, we will visit Drvenik Veli, which is home to many secluded coves, beaches, and a spectacular landscape. The locals here are focused on farming, olive growing, and fishing, so the island has not been spoiled by mass tourism. There are a few shops, restaurants, and a bakery, but although there are not many big attractions, it is a lovely place to relax and enjoy nature. Taking some more time out to relax, we will visit Drvenik Veli’s Grabula Bay. Located in the heart of Drvenik Veli, 1.8 kilometers from the mainland, the bay is surrounded by large trees and crystal-clear waters. This area is a paradise for escaping from the busy tourist hotspots. Tour members can enjoy pristine beauty, historical charm, and clear waters that are perfect for swimming. We will now visit Solta Island, which is an island of Illyrian legends, ancient history, medieval poetry, rich traditions, honey production, and wonderful beaches. At only 19 kilometers long and 5 kilometers wide, the island is home to eight charming villages, such as the old fishing village of Solta Island’s Maslinica. Known for its beautiful little marina, lovely restaurants, and great beaches, Many stone houses and small pebbled beaches can be admired here, and it is a wonderful place to watch the sun set. Tour members will also have the opportunity to visit Maslinica Castle. Built by the Alberti family in 1708, it has since been restored as a modern hotel with a luxury marina and dock that accommodates 40 boats.

Today's adventure will guide us from Solta Island to Split. Split is the second-largest city in Croatia and is the perfect location for history enthusiasts. Once known as Aspalathos in ancient times, it was founded as a Greek colony in the 3rd or 2nd century BC, becoming a prominent settlement around 650 CE. Many archaeological sites and historical buildings here fall under the protection of UNESCO heritage. Split lies on the eastern shore of the Adriatic Sea. It is an important transport hub and a popular summer tourist destination, as the city is linked with the Adriatic Islands and the Apennine Peninsula. There are many things to do here, such as visiting the Bell Tower of Saint Domnius Cathedral, taking cable cart trips leading to Marjan Hill, and enjoying a leisurely walk through the Old Town or the Promenade. While exploring, we will visit Diocletian's Palace, which is the main attraction and the heart of the city's history. It is one of the most imposing ancient Roman structures in existence today and is the perfect place to learn about the city's past and architecture. This wonderful city is much more than a paradise for history lovers; it is also an excellent venue for those who enjoy gourmet food and fine wines, concerts, festivals, bars, and nightclubs.

On today's tour, we will travel from Split to Brac Island. Brac Island is a popular summer destination known for its spectacular scenery, charming towns, and wide variety of tourist attractions. Its coastline is dotted with breathtaking beaches such as Acapulco Beach, which is located in the town of Supetar, and Martinica Beach, which is situated in the town of Bol. The island is home to many interesting things to do, such as hiking to Vidova Gora, Dragons' Cave, and Blaca Monastery, which showcase some of the best views in the world. Many historical landmarks can also be seen, such as the Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, Supetar Cemetery, and the Dominican Monastery. While exploring, we will visit Brac Island’s Zlatni Rat Beach. The triangular-shaped beach, also known as the Golden Horn, stretches out over 500 meters on the south side of the island. It is surrounded by the shallow and calm Adriatic Sea and provides lots of amenities, such as windsurfing and inflatable water activities.

On the final day of the tour, we will travel from Brac Island to Hvar Island. Hvar Island is referred to by many as the Queen of the Croatian Islands and one of the top 10 most beautiful islands in the world. Its rich variety of history, culture, architecture, nightlife, and natural treasures make this destination a tourist hotspot. Hvar Island is home to the most UNESCO-listed heritage of any island in the world. This island has it all, from spectacular beaches, delicious Mediterranean food, indigenous grapes creating the finest wines, to a wide variety of water and land sports. Here, tour members will have the opportunity to see rich Venetian architecture and cultural heritage sites, along with the island's iconic waterfront, also known as Riva, which is among the most luxurious on the Adriatic.
