Our tour will start in the unique city of Zadar. Referred to as an atmospheric time machine and described as an open-air museum, it showcases brilliant architecture and cultural heritage of the eastern Adriatic coast. This fabulous city was once the capital of Dalmatia. It is full of romance and spirit, home to a friendly community and modern creations that are full of diversity. Within Zadar, there's lots to see and experience, including exploring Zadar's central square, witnessing fascinating art, visiting optical illusion museums, churches, and historical locations. As for its nightlife, many relaxed and humble venues can be found. The winding ancient streets of the Old Town are full of bars and restaurants, all showcasing incredible views of the Adriatic Sea. For those who prefer something more livelier, nightclubs can be found on the eastern side of the Old Town.

On the second day of the tour, we will travel from Zadar to Pasman Island. Pasman Island is located south of Zadar, forming part of the Zadar archipelago, which is separated from the mainland by the Pasman Channel. The island is known for its rapid stream, which changes course every 6 hours, making the sea one of the clearest in the Adriatic. All over the island, there are sandy beaches to enjoy and places to visit. In the Illyric town of Gradin, historical fortifications and the statue of St. Michael from the 12th century can be seen. Within Tkon, on the beautiful hill of Cokovac, lies the Benedictine monastery of St. Cosmas and Damien, dating back to the year 1125. In the small town of Kraj, there is a Franciscan monastery that was built in 1390. For tour participants who enjoy the outdoors, walking through the wonderful pinewoods, admiring vineyards and olive groves, and enjoying time on one of the numerous beautiful beaches are also favored activities. While exploring, we will visit Pasman Island’s Zdrelac. It is the largest town on the island, home to four magnificent beaches and the Zdrelac bridge that connects Pasman with Ugljan. Here, tour members can partake in numerous walking, cycling, or running trails through the wonderful pine forests, enjoy water activities, and witness indigenous stone construction in the old stone center. Other areas worth visiting are Matlovac Beach and the 13th-century church of Sveti Luke.

Today's adventure will lead us from Pasman Island to Murter Island. Murter Island is a wonderful location, home to the four towns of Murter, Betina, Tisno, and Jezera. It is connected to the mainland by a drawbridge that passes through the town of Tinso. This destination showcases an abundance of beauty in its clear waters, old olive trees, impressive climate, pine-scented forests, and hidden, secluded coves. The area's main source of income is tourism, but it also has thriving fishing, agricultural, and construction communities. There are many small, spectacular beaches and bays to explore all around the island, with Slanica, Podvrske, and Cigrada Beach being the most popular. Murter is the largest and oldest town, located on the island's northwestern side. It was once known as Veliko Selo, meaning ‘the big city’. The beautiful town is a popular and highly admired holiday destination, enclosed by several large hills, with the highest peak being Raduc, which is 128 meters tall. Several attractions can be discovered on the island including various historic sites dating back to ancient Roman times, The Church of St Francis of Assisi and the fascinating Betina Museum of Wooden Shipbuilding. Throughout its history, Murter has evolved while continuing to maintain its values and standards of culture, traditions, and spirituality. Narrow stone streets and stone walls covered with ivy plants have preserved the historic feel.

Today's journey will take us from Murter Islands to Primosten. Primosten is a picturesque seaside town located in the south of Croatia. It is situated in the middle of the Adriatic coast between the popular towns of Sibenik and Trogir. The magnificent circular old town of Primosten was once an island up until the 16th century. The settlement was guarded by stone towers, walls, and a moveable bridge that connected it to the mainland. After the bridge was replaced by an embankment, the town became part of the mainland and therefore became a peninsula. It is one of the top holiday destinations in Croatia, attracting visitors with its unique architecture and spectacular scenery. There is lots to see and explore here, such as wandering through the ancient streets, visiting the Church of St. George, admiring the Our Lady of Loretto landmark on Gaj Hill, or visiting wonderful beaches such as Raduca Beach. This small town also has a vibrant nightlife. Tour members can find a variety of venues, from high-energy clubs to relaxing cocktail bars and restaurants.

Today's adventure will guide us from Primosten to Solta Island. Solta Island is an island of Illyrian legends, ancient history, medieval poetry, rich traditions, honey production, and wonderful beaches. At only 19 kilometers long and 5 kilometers wide, the island is home to eight charming villages, including Gornje Selo, Srednje Selo, Donje Selo, Grohote, and the old ports of Rogac, Necujam, Stomorska, and Maslinica. While touring the island, we will make a stop at Solta Island’s Sesula Bay, which was constructed as a shelter for boats and ships during bad weather. It provides essential protection for sailors especially from the northern Bura wind and the southern Jugo wind. Even though it is one of the most popular coves within the Dalmatian archipelago, the area is very peaceful. It is a wonderful place to relax whilst listening to the sounds of the sea waves, crickets and birds in the distance. Tour members can enjoy swimming and snorkeling in pristine water or explore two lovely restaurants, a diving center and a local fish farm.

&nbsp;Today's journey will lead us from Solta Island to St. Klement Island. St. Clement (Klement Island) is the largest of the Pakleni Islands archipelago, which are known for their clear waters, wonderful snorkeling and swimming opportunities, secluded beaches, breathtaking view points, and quaint villages. The island is home to three villages and thriving Mediterranean vegetation such as rosemary bushes, olive trees, aloe vera plants, and scented pine trees. Its underwater world is also just as pleasing, where many plants, fish, and other sea creatures can be discovered. We will also visit St. Clement’s (Klement Island) Palmizana, which is situated on a horseshoe-shaped bay with a busy marina, restaurants, and a small sandy beach. The scenery and atmosphere in this picturesque village has been an inspiration to generations of artists for many decades.

On today's journey we will sail from St Klement Island to Vis Island. Until 1989, Vis Island was off-limits to tourists due to the army base that resided here. The island has two small towns, both of which are situated at the foot of two large bays. Vis town lies on the northeast side of the island, and the capital of Komiza town is in the southwest. Tour members can find many mysterious bays, underwater caves, an archaeological museum, and shipwrecks. The island is a gastronomic hotspot, where many fresh fish restaurants can be found serving local delicacies. While exploring we will visit Vis Islands’s Komiza. It is a typical Mediterranean fishing village, attracting tourists due to its beautiful beaches, narrow roads, and lovely harbor. The town is located in a deep bay on the western side of the island. Although situated just 10 kilometers away from Vis Town, it is completely separated from the rest of the island by the 587-meter-high Hum Hill. The town is extremely proud of its fishermen's history; tour members can also experience this by visiting the Fisherman's Museum located in the old Venetian tower on the promenade.

On today's tour we will explore Vis Island in more detail. It is one of the smallest islands in Croatia, home to several towns and tiny villages. The two most popular are Komiza, which we visited yesterday, and Vis Island’s Vis town which we will visit today. When exploring the island, tour members can find many mysterious bays, underwater caves, an archaeological museum, a fishermen's museum, and shipwrecks. The island is also a gastronomic hotspot, where many fresh fish restaurants can be found serving local delicacies. As for its beaches, there are many dotted all around the island. The most popular seashores include Stiniva, which is said to be the best beach in Europe; Srebrna, known locally as the silver beach; Stoncica Beach, home to a sandy landscape and wonderful underwater reefs; and the sandy paradise of Zaglav. Tour members can also find the remains of a Roman thermal bath and the Vis Archaeological Museum, which showcases exhibitions from the Greek and Roman eras. Items such as pottery, jewelry, and sculptures, such as a 400 BC bronze head of a Greek goddess, can be seen. Other fascinating sites worth visiting include Castle Grimaldi, the Church of St. Mary, Fort George III, and Tito’s Cave.

Today we will travel from Vis Island to Hvar Island. Hvar Island is referred to by many as the Queen of the Croatian Islands and one of the top 10 most beautiful islands in the world. It is also home to the most UNESCO-listed heritage of any island in the world. Its rich variety of history, culture, architecture, nightlife, and natural treasures make this destination a tourist hotspot. There are many towns and villages all over the island to explore, each with its own unique charm, such as Stari Grad, Milna, Hvar town, and Jelsa. This island has it all, from spectacular beaches, delicious Mediterranean food, indigenous grapes creating the finest wines, to a wide variety of water and land sports. Here, tour members will have the opportunity to see rich Venetian architecture and cultural heritage sites, along with the island's iconic waterfront, also known as Riva, which is among the most luxurious on the Adriatic. While exploring the island, we will visit Hvar Island’s Stari Grad, which is the oldest town in Croatia. The town's stunning landscape is picturesque and postcard-worthy. With a thousand-year-long history, there are many significant sights to see, such as quaint narrow streets, a Dominican monastery, small squares, museums, churches, ancient stone houses, and the castle of Tvrdalj.

Today's adventure will take us from Hvar Island to Solta Island. Solta Island is an island of Illyrian legends, ancient history, medieval poetry, rich traditions, honey production, and wonderful beaches. At only 19 kilometers long and 5 kilometers wide, the island is home to eight charming villages, including Gornje Selo, Srednje Selo, Donje Selo, Grohote, and the old ports of Rogac, Necujam, Stomorska, and Maslinica. On today's trip, we will visit the old fishing village of Solta Island’s Maslinica. Known for its beautiful little marina, lovely restaurants, and great beaches. Many stone houses and small pebbled beaches can be admired here, and it is a wonderful place to watch the sun set. Here, tour members can also find Maslinica Castle. It was built by the Alberti family in 1708 and has since been restored as a modern hotel with a luxury marina.

Today, we will sail from Solta Island to Kaprije Island. Kaprije Island is a hidden gem in the Adriatic, named after the caper bud, a Mediterranean wild plant whose aromatic buds are a fundamental ingredient in the Mediterranean diet. The island is known by many as the land of the farmers, where visitors can admire 23 kilometers of dry stone walls while hiking and exploring this beautiful area. This charming destination is car-free and home to only one village, also named Kaprije, which lies in the bay of St. Peter on the north-western part of the island. Here, tour members can find several amenities, such as a doctor's office, a post office, a cash machine, shops, and a few restaurants. The most spectacular part of this village is located on a hill with wonderful old houses, the local church of St. Peter, named after the patron saint of Kaprije, and breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea. All over the island, there are many magical bays and small coves to discover, such as Remetic Cove, Medos Cove, Mala, and Velika Nozdra coves, which are hotspots for boaters and tourists during the summer months. The whole island is covered in tiny paths made by the locals when walking to their farms, making it an interesting place to explore. The island is believed to have first been inhabited in the 15th century, when it was an oasis for the people of Sibenik, who needed shelter from Ottoman incursions, and today it still provides a relaxing paradise away from busy life for all who visit.

We will now travel from Kaprije Island to Piskera Island. Today, tour members can enjoy a day of complete relaxation in a tranquil paradise. Piskera Island is a small, uninhabited island that lies in the Adriatic Sea. There are a few houses here, although they are occupied by fishermen only during the summer months. It is classed as one of the Kornati Islands, with an area of 2.66 kilometers squared and a 10.64-kilometre-long coastline. This natural island is unspoiled by tourism; it has a unique beauty that draws people back time and time again. The island's landscape is mostly rocky and covered with a thin layer of grass. There were once many trees here, but they were destroyed by fires started by shepherds to increase the grazing area for their animals. Here, tour members can find one small restaurant, a marina, and numerous paths along the coast to explore. Moving on, we will now visit Kornati National Park, which is a collection of approximately 89 islands and islets, creating a labyrinth that is perfect for sailing. The tour members will witness a nautical paradise with breathtaking scenery, nature, and beauty. There are no harbors within the vicinity because it is a national park and the islands are not populated, so there was never a demand to build one. However, there are many bays where the sea is so pristine that the sea bed can be seen clearly. One of the most popular sights in this area are the vertical Krune cliffs that face the open sea. Many adrenaline sport lovers visit them to partake in cliff jumping. Alongside the natural beauty and clear waters, Kornati is home to several rare animal species, which can sometimes be seen when snorkeling or diving.

Today's adventure will guide us from Piskera Island to Dugi Otok. Dugi Otok is known for its relaxing ambiance, vineyards, and orchards. Here, the spectacular Saharun Beach can also be found. Often referred to as having Caribbean characteristics, this beach has a breathtaking combination of white sand and crystal-clear waters, surrounded by scented pine trees, making it perfect for those looking for a chilled-out morning. Our final stop for today will take us to Telascica Bay (Telascica Natural Park) on the southern part of Dugi Otok. It is referred to by many as one of the safest, most beautiful, and largest natural ports in the Adriatic. This bay is well known for its coves, several small islands, and magnificent cliffs, all of which lie on a 69-kilometer indented coastline. There is a variety of thriving vegetation and animals to discover here. Over 400 plant species as well as numerous rare and endemic plants have been found here, along with a fascinating underwater world of 250 plants and 300 animal organisms, including the endangered red coral and the carnivorous sponge. Other animals that you may see include crabs, sea urchins, small and larger fish varieties, falcons, and sometimes even dolphins.

On the final day of the tour, we will explore Dugi Otok in more detail. The island is located close to our starting point of Zadar and is the largest of all the islands in this part of Dalmatia. Its name means long island due to its 45-kilometer-long coastline, which is home to many wonderful beaches, the Telascica Nature Park, which we visited yesterday, countless vineyards and orchards, lighthouses, and wonderful villages such as Bozava and Sali. While exploring, we will visit Dugi Otok’s Bozava village. This village is the most developed and charming of all the settlements within Dugi Otok. Tour members will witness crystal-clear sea waters, white beaches, magnificent rock formations, and the smells of aromatic Mediterranean plants floating around in the air. For those who enjoy watching the sun set, the nearby Veli Rat lighthouse and its surrounding area is the perfect place to experience a sunset that cannot be forgotten.
