Nightlife in Paros Island

Paros Island has become a famous destination within the Cyclades Archipelago for its exciting variant nightlife. From romantic cocktails at the waterfront to wild parties at many bars and nightclubs, Paros has a venue for everyones’ taste. The towns of Parikia and the harbour of Parikia are the queens of Paros’ night entertainment with many venues on Parikias’ promenade and behind Naoussas’ harbour. There are some bars with views of the Aegean Sea and island and others overlooking the busy stone-paved alleyways, with live performances and guest DJs mixing tracks for the crowd to dance the night away. 

• Evinos Bar

Evinos Bar is located in the port city of Parikia situated on the promenade in front of Saint Constantine Panoramic Church. The venue won the Greek Awards for Best Bar in 2021 boasting astonishing vistas of the harbour, the Aegean Sea and the sunset on its horizon. Its stone-paved patio and modern stylish indoor bar area allow guests to sit and sip on alcoholic beverages whilst chatting with old friends or new in a vibrant ambience with funk and soul music playing in the background. The bar also livens up on Saturdays with live DJ performances playing house, rock and many more genres. Whilst the bar offers a variety of beverages it is most famous for its signature cocktails.  

• Akanthus Paros

Located just a few minutes behind Naoussa harbour and near Naoussa Bus Stop is the famous and popular nightclub named Akanthus. From its entrance steps to its waterfall that flows into an outdoor pool and intimate indoor dance area, this venue offers a stylish ambience to enjoy a night of drinking and dancing under strobe lighting. Entertainment ranges from professional DJ mixing to live performances from famous Greek artists. Its open-aired island bar in the middle of the venue is well-stocked offering a diverse collection of both local and international alcoholic beverages ranging from Moet & Chandon champagne bottles to exquisite Luc Belaire France wine. 

• Agosta

In the heart of Naoussa, right by the waterfront near Paros’ Venetian Castle of Naoussa is the modish bar of Agosta. This two-floored venue with a small terrace is set in a traditional stoned whitewashed building with one side facing Naoussa Port and the other overlooking the beach of Agios Dimitrios. Visitors can enjoy a calmer ambience downstairs with outdoor seating and spectacular vistas whilst upstairs, the party truly gets going with dance rhythms of foreign music played by guest DJs. Its bar is renowned for serving many varieties of signature summer cocktails, variations of Gin & Tonic, Champagne and much more. 

• Linardo 

Surrounded by the Aegean Sea near the Venetian Castle in the port city of Naoussa is the must-visit nightclub named Linardo. Whilst housed in a traditional Cycladic building, this unique venue attracts its guests' cosy aesthetics and vibrant fuchsia pink colours from doors to window frames and its bougainvillaeas. Guests can either reserve a table for a more VIP experience or simply turn up to enjoy a romantic early evening overlooking the sea and island or a wild night filled with dancing and drinking once the clock strikes midnight until early morning. Linardo hosts themed parties and well-known guest DJs who play a range of music genres from progressive house music to techno and deep house. • Sante

Located in the centre of Naoussa, where many bars are situated is the unique yet famous Sante Cocktail Bar. Guests are welcomed to a cosy outdoor setting with seating situated around an ancient Eucalyptus tree, great for people-watching and mingling with old friends and new. It has an airy, laid-back ambience during the early evening which changes into a more intimate atmosphere after 10:00 pm when nightlife begins. • Come Back Cocktail Bar 

Come Back Bar is a restaurant by day turned to a cocktail bar by night, located on the beachfront of Agios Dimitrios in Naoussa. Its white curved coloured walls are complemented by the colours and vistas of the Aegean Sea and the islands’ light-lit coast. Its outdoor table seating area allows guests to enjoy exquisite sunset drinks in a laid-back stylish beachlike vibe before the late-night groove picks up inside the two-floored venue.
